NEXT LEVEL MAT PILATES
Once the principles have been mastered it is time for the next level. Next Level Mat Pilates is for the experienced student looking for a challenge. We add more dynamic movement, and a faster pace.
In this meditative class we explore long held postures in the tradition of Yin yoga. We hold poses and go deep, releasing connective tissue. Props are also incorporated to facilitate ease in postures. This class is perfect for Athletes, Runners, and Cross Fitters. Improve your athletic performance and reduce your risk of injury.
This multi-level class is perfect if you are stressed and need to release the body as well as re-focus the mind. No yoga experience needed.
This is an all-level foundational class. We start with breath. Then we focus on alignment, properly stretching the muscles, and strengthening them. Improve your range of motion as well as your awareness.
This class is great for the beginning student; Seasoned students are welcomed too. It is a nuts and bolts type practice.
This guided class links deep breath to postures, in a thoughtful alignment based way. This class is for the student looking to explore move intensity in their practice. As a result, you will improve your strength, flexibility and endurance.
This class is appropriate for the student with some yoga experience. Warning: Expect improved range of motion, strength and clarity.
Healthy backs is a gentle class that takes the best of Pilates and yoga to strengthen and open the muscles of the spine. If you suffer from pain, or have a job where you sit and feel stiff, this is the perfect class for you. This is an all levels-class.
