Our signature offering, based in classic Mat Pilates, we incorporate body weight, small equipment and resistance to shape, trim and elongate the muscles for a sleek physique at any age. You will strengthen and tone the muscles of your core, arms, legs, hips and thighs. Experience that Pilates burn as we finish with yoga stretching to increase flexibility. Ready to improve your posture and feel strong in your body all while having more zen and focus? This class is for you.
Success is measured in muscle tone, strength, flexibility and mental state. Clients will see results in 8 weeks of committed practice.*
This class is for all levels. Modifications are offered when necessary.
Unbound Yoga Stretch
55 minutes of deep stretching and intense release to unlock and free up perpetually tight muscles. Utilizing yoga flow, breath, and postures to restore the body and mind to balance. With time and consistency improve your range of motion.
Instantly feel a change in your stress levels.
Are you currently burning the candle at both ends? Do you feel that stress in your body? ... this class is for you.
Success is measured in range of motion, flexibility, and improvement to stress levels. Clients will see results in 6 weeks of committed practice.*
This class is for all levels.

Unbound Basic Pilates
This is a basic level Pilates class where the fundamentals of the practice are solidified. The pace is delibrate, but don't take that for easy. All levels will be challenged in this class.
