We start at the very foundation of Pilates at a deliberate pace, and build from there.  Feel challenged in this non intimidating, results oriented, positive, personalized enviornment. If you ever wanted to try Pilates, this is the series.  
After 12 weeks of committed practice you will be stronger and more flexible.
